There will be times when you will need to work overtime so that we may
successfully meet the needs of our customers. All overtime must be approved
in advance by your supervisor.
Nonexempt employees will be paid a rate of time and one-half their regular
hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a week.
Holidays, vacation and sick days count as days worked when computing weekly
overtime. Jury duty, voting leave and days taken for bereavement are not
computed into the workweek for overtime purposes.
